SUMMARY
I am setting the brightness in the power saving settings for battery operation. After a reboot, this setting does not work. Those. this setting only works until reboot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set brightness for work on battery
2. reboot
3. disconnect power

OBSERVED RESULT

brightness become minimum 
EXPECTED RESULT

brightness should be as you set in point 1
