Non-blurry per-display fractional scaling is all I needed on Linux. Dedicated graphics: Nvidia 1050 Ti Dual monitor with HDMI port wired to the nvidia graphics Both monitors are 1920x1080. Internal monitor scaled to 125% and external monitor scaled to 150%.
