SUMMARY
If the volume it's changed while playback it's stopped then it won't be properly applied once playback resumes, it only gets applied if changed while playing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change Elisa's volume while playback is stopped
2. play
3. change volume while playing

OBSERVED RESULT
song will keep playing at whatever volume was set before playback started, however it will

EXPECTED RESULT
volume should be properly updated regardless of playback status

seems to happen specifically when the media is stopped, not paused
that seems to consistently reproduce it

I can reproduce this error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Elisa
2. change Elisa's volume while playback is stopped
3. play
4. volume will reset to value prior to step 2

UPDATE: i cleared my playlist, which was the static for several days. and now i cannot reproduce this bug. volume is working properly for now

I also cannot reproduce this anymore. Whatever has been changed in Elisa or in its dependecies seems to have solved the problem.
