Selected Tools > Add Signature
Drew a rectangle to hold a Signature
Got a message reading that there is no Signature and that I can consult Okular help on how to add a signature
Clicked on the hyperlink
Okular help opens and crashes immediately

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Uhm, I can't reproduce it on Fedora 34 with some updates (Okular 21.04.1, khelpcenter 5.7.6.21041, Frameworks 5.82, Qt 5.15.2) on X11.

Maybe a Wayland-specific issue.
