STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some file on Desktop
2. Have say Google Drive open in Firefox active tab
3. Switch to Desktop via Win + D keyboard shortcut
4. Drag and Drop file from Desktop to Google Drive via the taskbar

OBSERVED RESULT
From the moment you drop your file onward, each time you move the cursor above the taskbar it changed its type from "default" to "dragging". The type changes when you cross the border between the taskbar and the desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor should not become dragging after the dragging has ended.

Changing video speed to 0.5 will help you see the cursor better.
