Description Thiago Sueto 2021-05-25 16:15:52 UTC
SUMMARY
Opening KMail consistently creates audio applications named "speech-dispatcher-ng" and "playback" in plasma-pa. It also creates processes called sd_espeak-ng, sd_dummy, and speech-dispatcher. Those are closed after KMail closes.

This issue ends up causing bug 417457.

ADDITIONAL INFO
The only espeak-related packages I have here are libespeak-ng1 and speech-dispatcher-module-espeak.
I'm also using pipewire-pulse instead of pulseaudio if that matters (doesn't seem related).
I am not using systemd startup.
