STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Move your mouse on left side panel (in fields like Personalization or Workspace)
3. Text disappears or become broken

P.S. also system notifications have issue with text

Please include screenshots.

Please also confirm that "kcmshell5 qtquicksettings" and choosing the software renderer fixes it

I've launched "kcmshell5 qtquicksettings" and set software rendering backend, it's fixed the problem, thank you a lot!
