SUMMARY
when using inline note or typewriter tool and write something in Persian language, Okular didn't show it. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a PDF file
2. enable annotation
3. choose Typewriter or Inline note
4. write a note in Persian language
5. click ok
6. text didn't shown on docuement
