Just Kate, or any other apps too? In that screenshot all icons look bad. There are all a lot more crisp here on my HiDPI screen, I think this is more a general issue. Was just Kate at that moment. Interesting. I think it might be an issue in Kickoff as we've had some other reports. dupe of bug 436208 ? Maybe.
