Works for me FWIW. It doesn't work for me on openSUSE Tumbleweed either. KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.81.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kate version: 21.04.0 After further investigation, I have determined that this bug happens with the following settings in Settings -> Configure Kate... -> Session: * Application Startup Behavior: Start new session * Session Elements -> Include window configuration: disabled To work around, enable "Include window configuration". Thanks for the workaround, it works here too. I think it's not a work around but actual config needed to do that for sessions. |
