I confirm this bug is only exist in windows version of dolphin. Linux version works normally. Downloaded nightly from: https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Dolphin_Nightly_win64/ Stable from: https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Dolphin_Release_win64/ Some builds missing expat.dll so it doesn't launch, also stable build is missing executable icon file, so i just pass it. |

Create a file, for example, a txt file, give it a name that contains a non ASCII character in its name. 2.
