This attachment shows the orange indicator placed in a weird spot.

SUMMARY
If you change settings in Notifications, and then click on "Highlight Changed Settings" to show orange circles next to items in the list, the circle for Notifications is shown in a weird place, as if there is an invisible icon next to it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change some settings in Notifications
2. Click on Highlight Changed Settings
3. The notifications item in the list now has a circle in a weird place.

OBSERVED RESULT
The orange indicator is shown as if there is an invisible icon next to it.

Some of these list items have arrows as their right-most element and some do not, so the dot is always placed in the same location to ensure that all of the list items' orange dots line up vertically.
