Source build works fine for me when using a recent version of the OS. Your Qt and Frameworks versions are the very oldest things we technically support in Okular. It's hard to tell what's going wrong because you're missing relevant debug symbols: #7 0x00007ff39077ce28 in ?? () from /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/okularpart.so #8 0x00007ff39077d4f1 in ?? () from /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/okularpart.so Can you get those missing symbols built, reproduce the crash, and attach a new backtrace?
