SUMMARY

Whenever I put my system to hibernate and resume it later, the window decorations of my plasma session are frozen. If you resize the window, the decoration (title text and minimize, maximize, close) button are stretched across the window title. The buttons still work, but you cannot see where they are. Also the window-title doesn't change but stays static.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE and open a window and leave it open.
2. Hibernate your system.
3. Resume your system.

OBSERVED RESULT
100% out of the time the window titles/decorations are frozen.

EXPECTED RESULT
100% out of the time the window titles/decorations should work fine after resuming from hibernation.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Gentoo Linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.77.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please check attached video to see what happens to an application (teamspeak in this case) after resuming the hibernation.

I've this issue for a long time. It wasn't that important to me to report it. But now it's almost a year that I have this issue even after multiple KDE updates. So I thought I report it.
