Make sure the clip end is not on the "real" end of the clip. Then up doesn't work because no more frames are available. Shorten the clip on the end with the mouse and try again. Scrolling up doesn't work in duration nor in effects. Even after I scrolled down, scrolling up to the original value doesn't work. This seems to be a Win10 bug (on Win7 it works as expected). Scroll up works very slow, you have to turn the mouse wheel ca. 10-20 times more to get the numbers up. Can you confirm that? I tried, and in my case the numbers don't go up at all. Do you use any other KDE or QT software? Can you test whether this bug happens with this software too? Can you please report whether the problem still exists? Or can we close the bug report?
