Not sure exactly where to send this, sorry if I've miscategorized Cannot reproduce using a touchpad, a mouse with a wheel that has discrete steps, or a touchpad. What kind of scroll device are you using? Also, is there any chance you could attach a screen recording? Created attachment 135577 [details]

This happens only using the touchpad, which should be using libinput driver rather than synaptics. Mouse wheel works normally.
