SUMMARY Fitts' law indicates that the most quickly accessed targets on any computer display are the four corners of the screen. Applications launchers {kickoff, kicker...} on plasma panel can't be activated by clicking in the (bottom left) corner of the screen (unless panel size is set to 24px or less). This seems like a design oversight and forces the user to aim the mouse at the app launcher icon. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Point mouse at the bottom left corner 2. Click 3. ? OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens EXPECTED RESULT Kickoff opens SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: archlinux (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION N/A
