SUMMARY
In the Kate version present in the Microsoft Store, the dark theme does not adopt the corresponding white icons, thus they become nearly invisible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate 
2. Go to Configuration -> Color Scheme
3. Select Breeze Dark 

OBSERVED RESULT
Breeze Dark theme, but dark icons selected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Breeze Dark theme with white icons (that are visible).

Windows: Windows 10 Enterprise 1809

New Windows store binaries submitted, but that will take some time
