OBSERVED RESULT
User opens a new dolphin folder window from within the desktop, it auto switches to another Desktop/Activity in which the current dolphin session is running.
While the user can set an option in Dolphin to start a new window every time, I think it is not always, what is intended by the user to happen(new window per workspace+activity). If such an optional option in dolphin where to pass, it would require additional integration.

EXPECTED RESULT
User is able to create a new window in a new workspace/activity, otherwise all new folders opened from plasmashell should recognize which activity/workspace we are part of.
