SUMMARY
When pressing Meta+D small previews of the minimized windows can be seen at the lock screen. This can be reproduced by pressing Meta+D and waiting or pressing Meta+L.

Fixed in Plasma 5.21 already. :)

You remember probably some effect being disabled on lockscreen

Hmm ScriptedEffects are AnimationEffects which are disabled when the screen is locked because of 425157. And Nate is correct looks like the same thing
