Moving to i18n as this is (IMO) a translation problem. I'd say the translation is overly literal - almost as translating Plasma as "системный пользовательский интерфейс" everywhere instead of using the product name. The product name is Vault. It could be translated to Russian as сейф. > The product name is Vault. It could be translated to Russian as сейф.
It's not common to translate product names, and Russian KDE team has been following this principle since ~2007. I can only think of a few exceptions like "System Settings" and KTuberling (until ~2010s, not anymore).
Also, there the word "vault" means different things depending on context, e.g.:
1. Product name
2. The entities that the user interacts with via this product.
