Maik i am using SQLite, the one that has been preselected. at least thats what I think and whst wI intended to do. -- Diese Nachricht wurde von meinem Android Mobiltelefon mit 1&1 Mail gesendet. On 09/12/2020, 17:42 Maik Qualmann <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430189 Maik Qualmann <metzpinguin@gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |metzpinguin@gmail.com --- Comment #1 from Maik Qualmann <metzpinguin@gmail.com> --- Do you use SQLite database or MySQL? Maik -- You are receiving this mail because: You reported the bug. With SQLite it is likely to be an external problem. Either the digikam4.db database file is write-protected or defective (hard disk has damaged sectors). Please activate the debug output and give us the log from the terminal as described here: https://www.digikam.org/contribute/ Maik I now restarted my computer and opened again. It worked.
I can imagine it has something to do with file locking while it was
trying to upload some digikam data to my cloud.
I'll look into the debug output once I occur the same error again
thanks for your help

Are you on Windows because of locked files? I would then close the bug report for the time being, you can open it again if the problem occurs again.
