SUMMARY

Accentuation does not work, for letters "é", "ã", the cedilla "ç" on the keyboard works for example. Works in other applications, such as LibreOffice, Chrome, etc.

Works for me. I tested on Linux in the text editor with a Dutch keyboard with dead keys, and the accents appeared.

Which OS are you using?

Making a new bug report just removes/disconnects all the information that was gathered in the old one...
