I've tested this on kate from git master but I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Is there anything in particular you're doing when this happens or for any particular files/filetypes? It's pretty random. I did this: - open file dir1/file1.txt - open dialog, browse dir2 and open two files I get dir2/file2 and dir2/file2 as separate trees Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
