SUMMARY



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set this in System Settings:
Global Theme = Oxygen
Plasma Style = Air
Application Style = Oxygen
Icons = Oxygen
Splash Screen = None
2. Turn on 2 monitors
3. Unify outputs
4. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
Splash Screen = None (Monitor 1)
Splash Screen = Oxygen (Monitor 2)

EXPECTED RESULT
Splash Screen = None (Monitor 1)
Splash Screen = None (Monitor 2)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux 20.2 KDE Plasma
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've seen the same result with all the KDE Plasma versions for at least 2 years.
I mean, versions 5.17.*, 5.18.*, 5.19.*, 5.20.*

I'm not able to reproduce this issue in Plasma 5.27, which has a *ton* of multi-monitor improvements to fix issues such as this one. Can you please upgrade to 5.27.4 or later and try again? Thanks!

Tested with this new configuration ...
· KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
· KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
· Qt Version: 5.15.8
· Kernel: 6.1.25-1

OBSERVED RESULT:
Splash Screen = None (Monitor 1)
Splash Screen = None (Monitor 2)

So it's solved!
