I click on it and discover pops up 3. updates are downloaded and installed without entering a password OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.688.0 Qt Version: 5.12.8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have reported this several times. The last time I reported this I was told to upgrade to the latest version of Kubuntu. I have been using Linux for many years and all software needs a password to install. Is this a security risk? Did Linux Ubuntu Kubuntu change their policies? We are living in strange times and I need to know if my operating system is secure.
