Same here on Gentoo Linux (amd64 stable, details below). This has happened before in Plasma 5.12. I'd say this is either a regression or never got fixed at all. When I disable the media controls and click apply the following settings [Greeter][LnF][General] showMediaControls=false are added to /home/med/.config/kscreenlockerrc |
