Any help is greatly appreciated I'm not sure why this isn't working as expected, but have you tried the last matching option "Match on name listed below"? However, if you do that, just put "TRANSFER CREDIT" without the "*" as the name to match. Created attachment 131624 [details] Payee definition SUMMARY Setup a payee with Matching option as "Match Payees name (Partial)". Importing the transaction with payee having partial match is not working. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a Payee " TRANSFER CREDIT" -- with leading spaces 2. Import transaction with payee as " TRANSFER CREDIT-SWEEP FROM" OBSERVED RESULT Ledger indicates the payee name as imported EXPECTED RESULT Payee name should be " TRANSFER CREDIT" SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Tried the variants without leading spaces, but no effect.
