Created attachment 131564 [details] Video showing the bug. SUMMARY When increase the background size to 100% under appearance tab, the blue effect stop working. STEPS TO REPRODUCE Enable blur effect. If the background size is 100% it will not have effect. Decrease background size to 99%, blur will come back. EXPECTED RESULT There should be blur at 100% background size.
