System error dialog pops up when trying to launch the kdenlive. Translation: Cannot start the program because the api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll is missing in this computer.

SUMMARY
Dependency issue.
With the absence of the DLLs required on windows 7, the kdenlive won't start.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenlive-20.08.0 on windows 7 machine
2. Try to launch kdenlive.exe

OBSERVED RESULT
1. System error dialog pops up arguing that the dependency dll is missing

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Kdenlive should launch normally.

In my memory, kdenlive-19.12 or early kdenlive-20 has the same issue but was resolved soon. And this problem appears again in this 20.08.0 version.

I run Kdenlive on Win7 as well. Could you test with the Windows 20.08.1 standalone version to see if it's happen as well?

I have confirmed that kdenlive-20.08.1 does not have this symptom.
