STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kate
2. create a tab by pressing ctrl+n
3. close the just created tab
4. right-click on text area

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
context menu should open

Sometimes the bug occurs also without opening a new tab,
just open kate, type or past some text, save the text, try to select one word with the left click, randomly the right-click doesn't work.
