SUMMARY
Laptop keyboard on the Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 doesn't work and I cannot type anything in. I can however, use a USB keyboard pluged in to the laptop.

OBSERVED RESULT
No keyboard input. Cannot type anything in. Keyboard is lit up, however.

It does not work on any of them

Then the problem is not in KDE software, but lower in the stack, possibly in the input drivers of the kernel.

Please report this issue directly to the Ubuntu bug tracker via https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu

KDE neon uses Ubuntu as its base, and only adds newer KDE software.
