SUMMARY
KMail freezes if you answer on the last in a list of threaded emails (about 10). This has been observed for months or even longer, so this behaviour has been present also in older versions of KMail.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Establish longer threaded email conversation with one partner to produce about 10 entries in a thread.
2. Answer on last email.
3. Kmail does not respond / freezes.

OBSERVED RESULT
KMail freezes and hangs up, restarting sometimes not working (requires full logout or even reboot)

EXPECTED RESULT
normal response.

Still unsolved - annoying, kmail freezes when replying to long threads!
