SUMMARY=My cursor flicker (part of it appear and disappear quickly) using opensuse leap 15.2 with KDE, mainly when pass over tabs in web browsers and also dolphin and a bit less also if it is stationary, in leap 15.1 everything is ok.
may laptop is TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro 15 v4, ssd disk=2Tb, /home EXT3 partition=58Gb, processor= Intel Core i7-8565U, RAM=32Gb, graphics card Model: Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Whiskey Lake), it happens with all the cursor themes I used, breeze, breeze green, oxygen yellow, blue and many other. I tried also with plasma wayland and plasma full wayland, cursor doesn't flicker but in both wayland some applications (telegram desktop and brave prowser and other) doesn't works.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a web browser and move the cursor on tabs


OBSERVED RESULT
cursor flicker

EXPECTED RESULT
cursor do not flicker

If you stop kwin with "killall kwin_x11", does the bug still happen? (you can start it again with "kwin_x11 & disown" after testing)

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
