The button is only enabled when you have accounts mapped to online services that allow to transfer money from your account. If you don't have that it will remain disabled. |

Open a KMM file, 2. choose an account in the ledger 3. try to click on the "New transfer" button in the ledger OBSERVED RESULT This button is disabled.
