Multimedia control: Under Linux control works perfectly with cover art showing and all controls work correctly. Under Windows 10 you can start play and pressing play again will pause the song and skip tracks forward and back and adjust volume work fine but the stop button does nothing but that might be normal as the play works as pause. No cover art shows like in the 
Linux version. Also for some reason on my Smartwatch which is connected to the phone it is not showing up under Windows 10 like it does under Linux.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KDE Connect on Windows 10 and Android phone
2. Play Music and use
3. Notice no cover art
4. Check Smartwatch, nothing shows as playing on watch like it will under Linux.

Smartwatch / Android Wear not working (under windows) belongs to another bug (possibly related: Bug 388519), i.e. one issue per bug please.
