You're apparently using Windows 7? That is no longer supported. You might have to check whether there are updated display drivers for your gpu (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81500/Intel-HD-Graphics-3000), or disable canvas acceleration altogether. See Please check disabling Canvas Graphics Acceleration. First you can try an easier option, just resetting the configuration (make sure to remove both `kritarc` and `kritadisplayrc`): https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration if it doesn't work, please (close Krita and) open `kritadisplayrc` and change the line from "OpenGLRenderer=auto" to "OpenGLRenderer=none". Save and open Krita. (In reply to Tymond from comment #5) > @gizoshi could you please try the manual method? It's described just below > the buttons method. I tried it but still the same. I only see black screen. @gizoshi: And if you try this? "Please (close Krita and) open `kritadisplayrc` file and change the line from "OpenGLRenderer=auto" to "OpenGLRenderer=none".
