SUMMARY
trashcan icon is highlighted red when the trash is empty


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Leave Dolphin open for awhile

OBSERVED RESULT
Trashcan icon is highlighted red with option to empty even though the trash is empty (including hidden files).

EXPECTED RESULT
Trashcan icon should be white (or whatever the color scheme makes it) with with the empty option grayed out.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Manjaro 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Manjaro seems to be waiting awhile for plasma 5.19 to become stable so this bug may already be fixed in later versions of kde/plasma/dolphin.

Is the icon red before you opened dolphin or does it turn red after leaving dolphin open for a while?
