With KDE Connect 1.19.1 on Android (see also [1]), you can try using the "compose send" feature (the icon with a pencil), which is contributed by Forrest Hilton. You can then switch to the desired keyboard and enter Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.. When you are ready, you can click the button to send the text to PC.
