Hi, I noticed you haven't added any explanation what you need not square pixel aspect ratio for. Could you please add it? Please read here: https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/new_features.html about how to write up a good feature request with all the necessary elements. I needs this feature (Pixel Aspect Ratio) for works with drawing images and 2d sprites; its requires for screen with non-square pixels. I can't view correctly images with non-square pixels (like old TV or handled devices with LCD screens). Created attachment 129647 [details]

Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure we're not going to do this; it would add a significant amount of complication to the code for a feature which isn't useful for our target audience. While people do pixel art and sprites in Krita, that is not what we're making Krita for (see our focus statement on the front page of krita.org). |
