I can confirm this behaviour. It still persists in plasma desktop 5.20.4. and affects not only network widget, but also application menu, clock/calendar widget and others. Also, when trying to move the panel to a different edge of the screen, it severely messes up the entire desktop and makes it unusable. I had to revert to a previous snapshot of my home dir. It looked like parts of the panel were extremely magnified and covered the entire screen, blocking everything. I can try to debug if given instructions on how to do that. Hmm, Plasma seems very confused about this screen arrangement. Does it still happen in Plasma 5.22? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
