SUMMARY
Japanese symbols in Kate or Kwrite is cutted off from bottom. In GTK or Electorn based programs same symbols looks normally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start typing japanese symbols with Mozc or similar system

OBSERVED RESULT
Symbols become cutted from bottom

EXPECTED RESULT
Sy,bols will displaying normally
