SUMMARY

Regression: any .desktop file with Terminal=true fails with the 5.70 update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. sudo apt install htop
2. cd /usr/share/applications/
3. kioclient5 exec htop.desktop

OBSERVED RESULT

4. Error KIO Client dialog box appears: "Could not find the program 'konsole'"
5. Also using Dolphin to navigate to the same folder and simply clicking on htop.desktop gives the same error 

EXPECTED RESULT

Konsole should just open up and run htop within it

HISTORY

This bug has occurred twice before and has been fixed twice before. Is there a way to create a unit test to ensure that this won't happen again in the future?
