Now that I installed Kubuntu 20.04 I noticed a weird behaviour when trying to "drag out a tab from firefox". I dropped it over an open dolphin window and expected Firefox to open a new window on that screen. However, Dolphin treated it as "Drag and Drop" and prompted a dialog to create a new folder.

Can confirm. Do you remember if this is a new bug, or was it always like this?

Can't really say anything about whether or not it's new or old, as my setup has completely changed.

On Arch Linux, Dolphin 21.04.2 triggers a dialog to create a file.
If I type a file name and click on "OK" button, nothing happens.

Still happens with Dolphin 24.12 on Plasma 6.2.5 Wayland.
