Preferences to input templates

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use any mail and press 'Forward'.
2. An edit window opens, which contains forwarded message below.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no template as given in preferences.

EXPECTED RESULT
Shown template with the possibility to add text above template text.

For at all I manage bug when I have time.
It's a free software program so we work when we have time.
So indeed we reply when we have time. It can take some weeks/months.

kmail 5.10.3 is very old.
last version is 5.14.1 and it works fine here.

Do you have "Automatically insert signature" checked in kmail->configure->editor-> general ?

Thank you for your information about response times.
As recent messages of bugs where processed quite soon, I was not aware of this possible delay of weeks or months.
Thank you for doing all this on a voluntary basis (so it is comprehensible that you are somewhat peeved by my comment)!

It might be possible not to sent bug reports in future, due to the fact that a report might be unnecessary as a new version of the operating system (including add ons) is published before a bug is processed.

Every found bug is a challenge to find a workaround (as support lasts).

it's never unnecessary when I can reproduce quickly it's easy to fix.
When I can't  I need more info and more time for understanding it.

So please continue to report bug.
