SUMMARY
When applying change to gtk application style from Breeze to Breeze-Dark or from Breeze to Breeze-Dark, the change wasn't applied immediately. Need to log out and re-log in for the change to take effect. Changing to other gtk3 style don't have this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Select Application Style > Configure GNOME/GTK Application Style
3. Change GTK3 theme from Breeze to Breeze-Dark or the other way around.
4. Press Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
The theme didn't change immediately.

EXPECTED RESULT
The theme change immediately after pressing Apply
