Formatting menu as an example

SUMMARY
It would be nice if Dolphin had the option to format the USB sticks attached to the system with the right-click menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option in Dolphin when I want to format a USB memory stick connected to the system. To format my USB memory, I need to either install KDE Partition Manager or do it with Konsole.

EXPECTED RESULT
When I want to format a USB memory stick connected to the system, there must be a right click format option in Dolphin
