I want to add more info on this. When you're in any subdirectory of ~/, you can only navigate the contents of ~/, and when outside of ~/, such as /home/ or /etc/, you can navigate everywhere. OS: Manjaro Kernel: 5.3.18-1-MANJARO (linux53) Version: plasma-desktop 5.17.5-2 KDE Frameworks 5.66.0-1 Dolphin 19.12.2-1 I don't know if this is a bug or if it is intended We have a setting "Limit to home directory" to change this behavior, use the context menu to disable this. Once this setting is disabled the whole file system tree is always displayed. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
