SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshot, CDDB retrieval kcm uses freedb servers
to CD lookup. Freedb will be shut down on march 31, read the news on official website.

EXPECTED RESULT
kcm should be adapted to use another service for CD lookup.

Should be fixed already in 20.04 beta.

Btw, this is not kcm_audiocd, but kcmcddb which is part if libkcddb. ;-)
