Created attachment 126254 [details] screenshot STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open system settings > Icons 2. click on "Get new Icons..." button 3. install some icon theme 4. set the second dropdown on bottom to "Installed only" OBSERVED RESULT As we can see in the attached screenshot, installed icon theme is listed twice.
